Upon joining the JSR Healthcare team, all staff members are required to complete an induction program. This program serves as a foundational introduction to our organization’s values, policies, and procedures. It also provides an opportunity for new team members to familiarize themselves with our clients’ specific support needs.

In addition to the initial induction, our staff is scheduled for regular supervision sessions, team meetings, and team days. These gatherings serve as crucial forums for open communication, collaboration, and skill-sharing.
